( Problem )
Generative AI can produce endless images, but not necessarily a believable world. The challenge was to combine diverse visual references into an original universe with enough internal logic to remain consistent across landscapes, creatures and motion.
( Solution )
I defined a decadent, pink-hued alien ecosystem and established its atmosphere, materiality and inhabitants as narrative constraints. Through iterative generation in Midjourney and animation in Runway, I stress-tested the concept across environments, organisms, scales and sequences—using AI as a tool for visual direction rather than isolated image-making.

The experiment transformed an abstract premise into a tangible world with its own visual grammar and narrative potential. It also established a repeatable method for translating fictional concepts into cohesive environments, characters and moving imagery through generative AI.
